Have you thought about your goals for 🄳 2022? Is learning or incorporating a daily šŸ™ meditation practice one of them? Or do you think a mix of 🧘 yoga and meditation could help you get clear and concise and start to take action on what you want to happen this year?

The first step is to commit to it – Enter the Yoga and Meditation challenge calendar!

For the 31 days of January, complete TWO classes with me (or a guest teacher) – first move through some asanas and then settle in for a meditation. Both classes total less than 30 minutes per day.

I find that moving a bit on my mat first, helps me get out some energy and clear the mind and prepare the body to sit in stillness.

Extra exciting part of this monthly calendar is mid way through there will be one week of brand new classes – 2 PER DAY! One new yoga class and one new meditation. Stay tuned for the details January 1st!

As always this monthly calendar is available exclusively on the Yoga with Kassandra monthly app. Desktop, mobile, Roku or AppleTV.

Members can login to preview the calendar now (the new classes that fall mid month will be revealed to you EARLY at the start of the NEW YEAR).
