It’s back – the September Splits challenge is upon us!
This is one of the most popular calendars year over year, so I have updated it with some new content and brought it back for 2021.
I recently posted a poll asking what you were working towards on the mat, and splits was the second choice – only to be beat out by flexibility! While the name of this challenge is Splits, the focus overall is on improving your flexibility. So it’s a win-win!
This calendar is made up of 30 classes which will help you target flexibility, particularly in the low body. And get you ready for a few specifically splits centered classes (no need to get all the way there to participate). It’s a mix of yin and vinyasa, and a bit of power.
