It’s hard to believe we have arrived at the final month of the year. So many of you have joined the Yoga with Kassandra community in 2020. Whether you just started your yoga practice, returned to it, or advanced to a daily habit – you all have so much to be proud of.

December ❄️ has a tendency to be the busiest time! Even if the Holidays look a little different this year, you are sure to be squeezing in a lot in the coming weeks. But let’s finish the year of yoga strong… by making just 15 minutes a day to get on the mat!
