Hey Yogis,

What do you spend 30 minutes doing each day? Are there habits you have that you could really do without in order to give yourself half an hour of mindful movement instead? I’ve got a NEW challenge for you!

You all love a time based challenge, so this October I’ve brought back the Everything in 30 theme (with a NEW calendar)! Each of these 31 classes range between 25 and 35 minutes so you can predict just how long you need on your mat each day. Schedule yourself the time that works best for you and simply press play.

These classes are mostly all beginner friendly, with a couple of intermediate and advanced practices thrown in later in the month to challenge yourself and see how far you have come by making a habit of the practice. You will find a mixture of Yang classes, along with some Yin, Meditation and Restorative sessions to give your body some R&R along the way.

The monthly calendars are exclusive to the mobile app and membership site, and are made up of videos from the class library.

All you need to do to join in on the challenge is be a member of the app.

Already signed up? Launch your app on Smartphone, Desktop, AppleTV or Roku today to preview the calendar. And then start with us on Thursday, October 1st.

New to the monthly calendars? Start with a FREE 1-week trial HERE or go to the app store on your Apple or Android device and search for Yoga with Kassandra.

Namaste,

Kassandra
