Ok, speaking about September, I’ve got a new challenge for you!
There is something about the ability to do the splits that a lot of people seem to have in their head as necessary to being a “good yogi.” While I certainly don’t agree that you need to be able to do this major milestone asana to have a successful practice – working towards the splits is a great way to increase your overall flexibility. Even if you never get into a full split.
