Join me for a special 31-day practice for true abundance, initiated on the New Moon of November 26th.
If you have dreams, goals and ideas you’d like to bring forth into the world, this is the perfect program to support you.
This challenge is broken down into 4 weeks following the lunar cycle.
WEEK 1 – NEW MOON – SET YOUR INTENTION
The first 7 days are all about believing in ourselves and our own worth. Through our practices, you’ll get clear on exactly what it is you want to manifest and you’ll be equipped with the tools to make it happen.
You will receive:
  • Orientation video with an overview of our daily practice, symbolism of the new moon and an introduction to affirmations
  • Audio affirmation meditation to believe in yourself
  • Journaling exercise to clarify your vision
  • 10 min slow yoga stretch to tap into intuition
  • Secret weekly challenge to make magic happen
WEEK 2 – WAXING MOON – UNCOVER YOUR SHADOW
This second week is about revealing the unconscious beliefs, patterns and behaviors which hold us back from getting what we want. Abundance isn’t always about getting MORE, sometimes it’s about stripping away what isn’t working. This is a week of shadow work.
You will receive:
  • Orientation video going over the new secret part of our morning practice, symbolism of the 1st quarter/waxing moon and an introduction to shadow work
  • Audio affirmation meditation being enough and worthiness
  • Journaling exercise to transmute jealousy and comparison
  • Pranayama (breathing) exercise video to find balance
  • Secret weekly challenge for shadow work
WEEK 3 – FULL MOON – CELEBRATING ABUNDANCE
Our third week together is about celebration, gratitude and manifesting abundance to our highest potential! I’ll share some of my best practices on cultivating prosperity of health, wealth and love.
Your will receive:
  • Orientation video going over the new secret part of our morning practice, symbolism of the full moon and an introduction to the law of giving & receiving.
  • Audio affirmation meditation on abundance and prosperity
  • Journaling exercise focusing on gratitude
  • 10 min feel good yoga flow for vitality
  • Secret weekly challenge to receive
WEEK 4 – WANING MOON – OPEN TO GRACE
Our final week together is about releasing what no longer serves and simplifying on all levels. Pure focus and clarity as a way to call in what is really needed and desired.
You will receive:
  • Orientation video going over the new secret part of our morning practice, symbolism of the 3rd quarter/waning moon and an introduction to mirror work
  • Audio affirmation meditation letting go
  • Journaling exercise on forgiveness
  • Pranayama (breathing) exercise video to cleanse and purify
  • Secret weekly challenge to clear negative energy
BONUS:
Throughout these four weeks you will also have access to our private Facebook community where you can connect with the other members. You’ll have direct access to me throughout the month and I’ll be doing the challenge right alongside you! We are in this together.
There are also bonus videos added in the course to support you on this journey.
