Hey yogis, I’m SO EXCITED to be leaving for Italy tomorrow!!
I’m going to do a retreat with one of my favorite teachers ever, Sianna Sherman. I’m looking forward to unplugging as much as possible and giving myself a bit of a break. The past two months have been quite busy and the next two will be even busier so I want to make the most of this short pause.
If you’re wondering why the next months will be busy, it’s because I’ll be launching my very own Online Yin Yoga Teacher Training and a Yoga with Kassandra mobile app!!! Both of these projects have been in the works for a long time and I’m extremely excited to offer them but also INCREDIBLY NERVOUS AND SCARED. (Don’t worry, it’s normal!)

Ok, in other news…
Since I’m leaving tomorrow I’ve decided to upload this week’s yoga class a day early.
This is a 20 minute vinyasa flow practice to release tension in your upper body, great for all levels!
