Hey yogis, I’m SO EXCITED to be leaving for Italy tomorrow!!
I’m going to do a retreat with one of my favorite teachers ever, Sianna Sherman. I’m looking forward to unplugging as much as possible and giving myself a bit of a break. The past two months have been quite busy and the next two will be even busier so I want to make the most of this short pause.
If you’re wondering why the next months will be busy, it’s because I’ll be launching my very own Online Yin Yoga Teacher Training and a Yoga with Kassandra mobile app!!! Both of these projects have been in the works for a long time and I’m extremely excited to offer them but also INCREDIBLY NERVOUS AND SCARED. (Don’t worry, it’s normal!)
If you’re interested in taking part of my Online Yin Yoga Teacher Training, you can sign up for the waiting list by CLICKING HERE. By being on this list you’ll be the first to know when registration opens and you will also be given a time-sensitive discount. I’m aiming for an early to mid-November launch so keep your eyes out for the email!!
(I don’t want to go into too many details but YES, it will be Yoga Alliance accredited and YES, it will be open to everybody! Not just yoga teachers) ?
Ok, in other news…
Since I’m leaving tomorrow I’ve decided to upload this week’s yoga class a day early.
This is a 20 minute vinyasa flow practice to release tension in your upper body, great for all levels!
Finally, have you signed up for the November Alignment Yoga Challenge yet?
I’ve put together 30 YouTube yoga classes that offer the best verbal cues and instruction for proper alignment and technique. If you’re looking to get stronger, improve your flexibility and prevent injuries – proper technique is the way to get there!
These classes are suitable for all experience levels and will include a mix of Vinyasa and Yin Yoga for a well-balanced practice.
Every day features a new yoga class from the Yoga with Kassandra YouTube channel. Discover videos you’ve never done before and take the guess work out of choosing a class!

By joining the November challenge you will get:
?Immediate access to the challenge and all content
?A downloadable yoga calendar that links to my YouTube videos
?30 yoga classes available to download (yours to keep forever)
?Mix of Vinyasa and Yin Yoga
?Community support from other yogis and yours truly!
That’s it for now! I’ll be out of the country until November 3rd and will try to stay away from my computer and phone as much as possible so please allow some time to respond if you email or message me.
See you on the mat!
Let’s Stay In Touch!
