Hey yogis, welcome to my channel! This week’s video is a quick 10 minute morning yoga class you can do when you’re short on time but want a great full body stretch.

This sequence will relieve aches, pains and stiffness that are so common in the morning. This is a beginner friendly class that I hope you will enjoy!
