This 25 minute sequence is a slow feel good flow to stretch your neck, shoulders, hips and spine! We’ll have a combination of seated and standing poses to help get rid of any kinks and pains in your body from sitting or standing for long periods of time during the day. You can expect poses like neck release, Warrior 2, wide legged fold and pigeon.
