Hey yogis, April is at an end and we are now welcoming May!
I’ve designed a brand new challenge called STRENGTH & POWER and it begins today! Will you be joining us?
This 31 day yoga calendar is designed to make you stronger and help you tap into your inner power!
With a strong focus on arm balances and inversions as well as core, arm and leg strength, this challenge is made for the yogi who wants to take their practice to the next level.
You don’t need to be able to do arm balances and inversions to do this challenge! While we will play with these in some of the classes, the main focus is on building overall strength.
You can expect classes in the style of Vinyasa Flow and Power Yoga with some Yin Yoga classes done on every 4th day to give your mind and body a break from all of your hard work.

Every day features a new yoga class from the Yoga with Kassandra YouTube library which you can stream or download. Discover videos you’ve never done before and take the guess work out of choosing a class!
By joining the Strength & Power yoga challenge, you will get:
