Hey yogis! This 30 minute vinyasa yoga class is specifically for yogis who feel like they are stuck at the beginner level. This class will show you how and where you can evolve your practice to make things a bit harder. By practicing this sequence regularly, you should eventually be able to make your way into some more intermediate practices.

Beginner to Intermediate is a big jump so please don’t be discouraged if it takes a while! The purpose of this class is to show you how poses and transitions can be modified to either be beginner or intermediate. Once you have this knowledge, you’ll be able to do most classes online and tailor them to suit your needs!
