While we are still wrapping up the “Spring Into Yoga” April calendar, I wanted to let you know what next month will be all about.
I’ve gotten a lot of messages from yogis who want to build upper body and core strength to eventually get into arm balances and inversions.

You can expect classes in the style of Vinyasa Flow and Power Yoga with some Yin Yoga classes done on every 4th day to give your mind and body a break from all of your hard work.
