This 31 day yoga calendar is designed to make you stronger and help you tap into your inner power!
With a strong focus on arm balances and inversions as well as core, arm and leg strength, this challenge is made for the yogi who wants to take their practice to the next level.
You can expect classes in the style of Vinyasa Flow and Power Yoga with some Yin Yoga classes done on every 4th day to give your mind and body a break from all of your hard work.
