I’ve got a NEW 30 min flow on YouTube!
Lately I’ve gotten a lot of questions about my personal practice so I thought I’d record it and share it with you 🙂

SIGN UP FOR MY **FREE** 7 DAY YIN YOGA IMMERSION PROGRAM TO IMPROVE FLEXIBILITY!

At home I tend to do a lot of the same types of poses that I find the most beneficial for my mind & body. You can expect lots of twists, core work, balancing poses and hip openers.
This is a great practice for intermediate students who want to both strengthen and stretch when they are short on time. You’ll need two blocks!
I’ve also given my YouTube channel little upgrade by creating some new playlists. You can now browse my videos based on Style, Level, Length and Focus!
(make sure to click on “View More” to see all available playlists)
Have you downloaded your yoga calendar yet?
Mindful March
It’s been so wonderful to see everyone participating in the Mindful March yoga challenge! It’s definitely not too late to join, if you want some more zen in your life, you can download the calendar + classes HERE.
Flexy February
I’ve gotten a few emails from people who missed out on the Flexy February yoga challenge which was a 28 day program with daily yoga classes to increase flexibility in your hips, hamstrings, spine and shoulders.
Although we originally did this in February, the calendar and classes are still available for download so you can do it on your own time 🙂

That’s it for now!

Namaste,
Kassandra
