At home I tend to do a lot of the same types of poses that I find the most beneficial for my mind & body. You can expect lots of twists, core work, balancing poses and hip openers.
This is a great practice for intermediate students who want to both strengthen and stretch when they are short on time. You’ll need two blocks!

Flexy February
I’ve gotten a few emails from people who missed out on the Flexy February yoga challenge which was a 28 day program with daily yoga classes to increase flexibility in your hips, hamstrings, spine and shoulders.
