Lately I’ve gotten a lot of questions about my personal practice so I thought I’d record it and share it with you 🙂

At home I tend to do a lot of the same types of poses that I find the most beneficial for my mind & body. You can expect lots of twists, core work, balancing poses and hip openers.
This is a great practice for intermediate students who want to both strengthen and stretch when they are short on time. You’ll need two blocks!
I’ve also given my YouTube channel little upgrade by creating some new playlists. You can now browse my videos based on Style, Level, Length and Focus!

Flexy February
I’ve gotten a few emails from people who missed out on the Flexy February yoga challenge which was a 28 day program with daily yoga classes to increase flexibility in your hips, hamstrings, spine and shoulders.
