Hey everyone, welcome to my channel! Today I’ll take you through a 45 minute Vinyasa Yoga class that will strengthen and stretch your entire body. This is a great class to do if you’re a beginner trying to transition to intermediate classes as we’ll play around with some more difficult balancing poses but with the use of props.
This is a slow flow because the movements and transitions in and out of poses are never rushed. You’ll need to have 2 blocks and a strap to do this practice at home.
Some of the poses we’ll be playing with include: low lunge, knee to chest, bridge, gate pose, modified side plank and half moon pose.
