OMG! It’s finally here, my first fitness class on youtube 🙂 This workout is a booty circuit to lift and tone your glutes while strengthening your hamstrings for some serious lower body definition!
This routine can be done by anyone and you don’t need any equipment, so no excuses 😉 Don’t be fooled though, it is HARD. You are definitely going to feel the burn when this is done.
This is a great routine to do after going for a run or even when you’re watching tv! If you do this routine consistently you will absolutely see results, it’s a killer workout!
We will do 20 repetitions of each exercise and you can make it harder by adding some ankle weights or doing the routine twice.
