This month we focus on Feeling & Spirituality with the mantra “transmute pain into wisdom”. How can your emotions help you tap into a higher consciousness? What is the message behind the feeling? How are you numbing or disassociating from difficult emotions?
We are diving deep. Right in the thick of it. This is what Lunar Yoga is all about! We have enough asana already. Enough yoga classes to give us a tighter butt and sculpted abs. What we really need is yoga for the soul!
