Folks, we’re not messing around this week! I’ve got a challenging 45 minute Vinyasa Flow class for you that will help you strengthen and tone the upper body as well as the core.
Many of you have been asking for more challenging classes on my channel and this one surely delivers. We’ll play with Crow pose and explore some unique Chaturanga pushups for some great upper body definition. You can expect to sweat a little bit in this class, that’s for sure!
This sequence also includes a few backbends and ends with a really long savasna (a well deserved one!)
