I’m writing this email from sunny Los Angeles and can’t believe the week I’ve had…
I’ve been here all week for a photoshoot for my upcoming Yin Yoga book (yes!!!) that will be out next year. Every time I say that or type it I have to do a double take because it still hasn’t really sunk in. I’m writing a book. A real one. A published one. About my favorite subject in the world! It’s amazing… I never thought this would happen..
To go along with this book I’m also gearing up to teach an online 30 Hour Yin Yoga Teacher Training for teachers who’d like to dive deeper into the subject of Yin and earn Yoga Alliance credits. Next year will have another big milestone for me – I’ll be hosting my first ever yoga retreat!Since graduating from my first Yoga Teacher Training years ago, my dream was always to lead retreats around the world. What’s better than yoga, food, adventure and community all in one? Nothing!
