Have you ever attempted Bird of Paradise? It’s not easy!
This is an intermediate to advanced pose that requires a lot of smart preparation to be done safely and effectively. In my new 50 minute vinyasa flow class I take you through all the necessary steps and preparation poses to make sure your hamstrings, shoulders and hips and open enough for you to do Bird of Paradise. On top of that, this pose also requires a lot of balance so we will work on that too!
