I just got back from Module 1 of my 300 hour yoga teacher training with Sianna Sherman in Portland. It was absolutely exhausting in every single way and I feel completely transformed. I can hardly put it into words.
Having experienced classes with Sianna before I knew I would be called to go out of my comfort zone and that’s exactly what happened. There was a lot of intense learning, emotional release, deep connection with the other trainees and plenty of thought provoking transformation. I was going to write you a bit more in depth about the experience but the truth is I’m still processing it and my brain is just too tired to go over it all.. Rest assured I will talk more about it over the next few weeks 🙂
You may notice a change in how I teach my online (and in person) yoga classes from now on. As I go through Modules 2 and 3 I will transform more and more throughout the year, offering more depth in each class for true connection.
If you’re eager to get your body moving, please try my new Super Slow Flow class that will make you feel like you’re moving in a big jar of honey! Slowing down our poses and transitions creates a LOT of strength and flexibility and offers a great mental challenge as well.
We are still looking for a few more yogis to join Brett Larkin’s Online 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training that begins in January! I’m incredibly humbled to be teaching the Yin Yoga module of this training and look forward to diving deep with you beautiful souls 🙂
Brett has also put together an intro video to answer common questions about the program!
Whether you want to be a teacher or just want to learn more about the practice of Yoga, I highly recommend that you look into the program. Speaking from experience, if you feel a bit of a pull in your belly, listen to it. Our intuition is rarely wrong.
