A few weeks ago I was suffering from a serious upper back knot that simply wouldn’t go away! Through specific yin yoga poses and massage therapy I was finally able to get rid of it and figured it was a great opportunity to put a class together for others going through the same thing.
Knots in your back can certainly be annoying! Unfortunately I seem to get them fairly regularly but by now I’ve figured out how to stretch them out and make them go away. This is especially useful if I don’t have time (or the budget) to visit a massage therapist.
Some of the poses include caterpillar, laying spinal twist and thread the needle.
