Do you need a reboot? A fresh start to refocus and get clear?

Me too.
These past few weeks have been crazy and I’m in some serious need for TLC, which is why I’ve decided to offer everyone a free 7 Day Yin Yoga Immersion!
This free program will take you through my favorite yin yoga classes to help you improve flexibility, alleviate stress and get focused! One class at a time.
Now, I have a favor to ask…
Do you think you could share this free yin yoga program with just one person in your social circle? Do you have a friend, family member or colleague who could benefit from some TLC as much as you and I? If so, please forward them this email and encourage them to join!
My dream is to get as many people as I possibly can doing Yin Yoga because I truly believe it has the power to heal physical (and emotional) wounds and injuries.
If you’re social media savvy, I encourage you to share it on Facebook, Twitter & Instagram too 🙂

In case you missed it,
I put out a new yoga class on youtube this week! It’s a bit late because I was in Montreal for the Osheaga festival and was having some issues uploading my classes. Better late than never though, so here’s a great 30 minute hatha yoga class to ease low back pain.
In other news, my youtube classes are now FREE to download!
Can you sense a trend here? 😉
I’m trying to make as much of what I offer free of charge or moving to a pay what you can basis. If you’d like to download some of my most popular youtube yoga classes and keep them forever, CLICK HERE.

I’ve also updated my online store! Check it out here

What I’m reading – FAN GIRL FREAKOUT
The gates of heaven have parted and my prayers have been answered. A new Harry Potter book has been released!!!!! I’m a die hard fan, no shame. I re-read the series once a year or so, I just love it so of course I was thrilled when this new book was announced. It’s a script as opposed to a novel, but it’s still awesome. I will read anything JK Rowling releases, now and always! I’d love to know… is anyone else reading it right now???
That’s it for now! As always, thank you for supporting my work.
Thanks for watching, please remember to subscribe!
