Happy St.Patrick’s day and happy free yoga day (aka Thursday). This week I’m changing up the way we do Vinyasa Flow’s by making it completely hands free. This means absolutely no table tops, no planks, no chaturangas and no downward dogs. This is a great opportunity to get more creative in your flows and focus on the hips and lower body. This is an intermediate class, although beginners may be able to follow along with most of it.
Whether or not you’re injured, sometimes it’s just nice to give our body a break from all our wrist weight bearing poses. I feel like I’ve done about a million chaturangas in my lifetime and I need a break!
