I’ve been incorporating more mudras into my practices lately. My current favorite is Lotus Mudra, pictured above, which I’ve included in my new Yoga for Women class available on Youtube. This is a 30 minute practice that will combine some rhythmic movements and longer held poses. We go into this class with the intention to cultivate grace, fluidity, sensuality and intuition.
I have to say that after filming this class I felt very grounded and connected, it was a beautiful practice that I hope you will also enjoy! We start off with a seated meditation and set our intention clearly. It is an intermediate level class so please have a block close by to make it more accessible if needed.
