Hello lovely people,
Last weekend was my first time visiting the east coast and I went to Halifax, Nova Scotia! I had a great time there even though it was a bit rainy. I visited Peggy’s Cove, the Public Gardens, lots of pubs, museums, the pier… so much! I had the opportunity to film a class outdoors while I was there and I’m so pleased with the result. I love filming in nature. The downside though is that sometimes I get interrupted by people passing by or animals (see 11:55 to know what I mean).
My class for you this week is all about freeing up the upper back and hips for those of us who sit at a desk all day. It leaves us with tight and weak hip flexors and poor posture as we crouch forward on our computers. This is an all levels class and is 25 minutes long.
