Namaste Yogis, This week I offer you an all levels yoga class to encourage peace of mind and overall well being. This 35 minute practice incorporates strong poses to build up internal heat while also exploring long held passive poses to improve flexibility and quiet the mind. 

Every now and then stress seems to creep up on us when we least expect it and can negatively affect our day to day lives. I used to struggle with anxiety quite a bit until I discovered yoga and meditation. This spacious flow will give you the opportunity to drop down into your body and really listen to what’s been going on. We will do a few balancing poses, some hip openers and a lot of forward folds. Have a block nearby for support.
