Get ready folks! By popular demand, here's an hour long flexibility yoga flow to stretch your hips and hamstrings. This is a creative flow that uses some transitions I used to do in dance class. Not necewssarily your typical yoga class but it's super fun and VERY effective! Do this class regularly and you will absolutely notice improvement in your flexibility.
