Yoga for Balance & Stability

Since I put out a 60 minute Vinyasa Flow class a few weeks ago (okay.. two months ago.. but who's counting?) so many of you have been asking for more! It's not that I don't want to film these longer classes, it's just that they take, well, longer! However, I'm not one to deny my lovely subscribers of a request so yesterday I uploaded an hour long practice that will help you improve balance and stability.



We do a lot of asymmetrical poses like sugarcane (pictured above), two legged dog, eagle pose, warrior 3 and half moon pose! It's definitely challenging but slow paced enough that you can breathe in the poses and modify if needed.

Set some time aside for yourself and enjoy this 60 minute flow. I truly appreciate the support and hope you will subscribe to my channel.
