Beach Body Yoga HIIT Workout

While I was in Cuba last week I had the opportunity to film a few classes right on the beach. This week's free yoga class is a 30 minute super strong yoga workout to get you bikini ready in no time!

I'm not using any props for this practice but you might want to have a block handy. We explore poses like half moon, standing splits, low lunge, quad stretch and LOTS of plank poses for toned abs!

You can expect to burn fat, tone your muscles and get really flexible if done consistently :)

I wish I could film outdoors more often, it was so nice to practice with my toes in the sand (although balancing was super hard!).
