As you may have noticed, my blog has gotten a makeover! I've moved over to another platform that is much easier to use and frankly looks a lot better than the old one did. I'll try to post a few times a week from here on out.

I post a new free yoga class on my youtube channel every Thursday and today is no exception! A subscriber of mine recently requested a yoga class to help get into the splits so I've done just that. This Yin Yoga class is 53 minutes long and goes over poses that open up the hamstrings, hips and quads to get you ready for the splits.

If you've never been able to do the splits before, don't worry! This class is great for anyone who's looking to increase flexibility in their lower body. You will need a block or two as well as a strap. If you own a bolster, you might want to have that handy as well.
