Side Body Continuous Flow - with cats!

It's finally warm enough for me to be able to film classes outdoors! I love practicing yoga outside and so do my cats!

In this weeks' class we do a 25 minute continuous flow practice to open and strengthen the side body. We strengthen the obliques, stretch the sides of the waist and get really deep into the IT band. It's a fluid practice with no breaks that is best suited for intermediate practicioners.
